Welfare Office: Joanna Cook.

Joanna Cook is our County Welfare Officer and a member of our Committee after being voted in to her role as ED&I Director at the 2025 AGM. She can be reached at any time if you have any concerns about a young player, coach, manager, volunteer or vulnerable adult involved in golf within Hampshire.

Joanna is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment in which our players, coaches, managers and volunteers can thrive and enjoy competitive golf. She is an experienced safeguarding manager having worked within the education sector, county sport and more recently as a specialist within the Church of England advising on transforming practices to make the church a safer place. No issue is too small!  if something is bothering you then Joanna is always happy to listen and advise.
